Quality Tooling
If we source tooling for your zinc diecasting we will manage the project on your behalf from tool design through to final production. Designers of zinc alloy diecasings need a thorough understanding of the physical and mechanical properties of zinc and we take full responsibility for the design and production of tooling to manufacture your product to the correct quality and time scales.

This tool is to run on a Frech DAW20F with Real Time Control. ABB 6-axis robot will perform quality checking and part separation.
