Using your supplied 3D CAD model and scanned data to an accuracy of 6 microns we can inspect and compare your part or object in a number of ways:
- We can 3D scan your product and then complete a colour deviation analysis showing how the 3D scanned model differs from the nominal 3D CAD file;
- If there are 2 or more products that are scanned, we can compare the differences between the multiple objects, and show where each differs from the other.
- If a 2D pdf tolerance drawing is supplied, we will be able to compare dimensions we extract from the scanned model with the dimensions on your 2D drawing creating an instant report for product approval or Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR)
