PMS Integrates Vision with Casting

PMS Diecasting has now introduced vision inspection as a part of the diecasting process. This means that we can ensure our customers get exactly the right casting 100% of the time. The current application inspects the inside of the Gripple housing so that we can be absolutely confident every casting supplied is correct and fit for purpose. This is vitally important when you are making over 100,000 castings per day and they are assembled by highly automated equipment.
