to provide focus and leadership for small teams operating the diecasting, vision inspection and robotic machinery. Central to this role is ensuring optimum machine efficiencies, for existing and planned new machines, and the fulfilment of orders ‘on time in full’. This can only be achieved through a highly motivated production team which you will lead.
The company is successful because they take excellent care of their customers and when a problem occurs a solution is quickly identified. The successful candidate will be very customer driven and production oriented with a passion for excellence.
To be considered for this key role, you must have a mechanical engineering, ideally gained in a modern high volume production environment. You will be familiar with lean manufacturing methods, & kaizen in a highly automated environment where preventative maintenance of machinery is paramount to ensure minimum downtime. A high level of literacy, numeracy & IT skills will be required with a proven track record of training & mentoring others to achieve common goals.

QUALITY INSPECTORS - FILLED

to work alternate morning, afternoon & night shifts. You must have previous factory experience in a fast moving high volume environment. The company embraces lean manufacturing so any experience of continuous / process improvement, 5S would be extremely advantageous.
The keys task will gauge checking / final inspection of finished products, working within a small motivated team. You should be systematic, methodical and dexterous ideally with basic quality systems experience.
