Vibratory Finishing & Drying
This process is used for removing burrs, smoothing and brightening surfaces. Zinc diecastings are vibrated in a medium of ceramic or plastic chips and liquids.
The liquid compounds and chips are used to keep parts clean, lubricate, cushion against damage and remove all debris from the vibratory finishing unit. Once the zinc diecastings have been vibratory finished they are automatically transferred into a drying unit to ensure the surfaces are clean and free from blemishes.
