We offer a full range of plated finishes from our Sub-Contract platers including polishing and plating for zinc diecastings.
Castings that require a plated finish must be manufactured without porosity and flow lines. We work carefully with our toolmakers to ensure the tools are correctly manufactured to achieve mirror finished polishing.
We also provide a passivating service for any diecasting that require additional protection to the environment. Depending on the size and function of the zinc diecasting this can usually be barrel finished which saves cost.
