Zinc Diecasting & Glass Bead Blasting
PMS Diecasting uses glass bead blasting to give a very attractive satin finish. The bead blasted finish can then be lacquered to capture the natural satin zinc finish and this also provides very durable hardwearing finish.
Modular furniture by Atkinson Vari-Tech - Designed by Howard Stockdalelt is very difficult to appreciate the quality of the finish with images over the Internet. However, the finish is like a fine satin and different textures can be achieved using varing sizes of glass bead. Bead blasting costs depend on the surface area to be treated. All products bead blasted are removed from the machine and individually packed in plastic bags to preserve the high quality finish prior to the lacquering process. |
